Caps Lock
French uses AZERTY: A and Q, Z and W are swapped compared with QWERTY, and M sits on the home row. Accented letters é, è, ç and à are on the number row, so digits need Shift, and ù sits next to M. The circumflex and diaeresis are dead keys: press ^ and then the vowel to get â, ê, î, ô or û.
The hint under the text shows which finger to use and when to press a dead key first. Type by position works even on a non-French keyboard.
Take the test, then follow the lessons and the adaptive mode to drill accents and the letters you miss most.
